🔥 What You'll DO --

• Close deals

  from qualified inbound leads and outbound cold calls
• Conduct discovery calls, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions
• Manage and follow up on leads using any modern

  CRM tool

• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock attractive incentives
• Share client insights and feedback to improve lead quality and conversion strategy

✅ What We're Looking For --

• 1–2+ years of sales or closing experience

  (web development, SaaS, or digital marketing preferred)
• Proven cold calling skills and confidence on

  Phone/Video calls

• Strong

  communication

  skills and

  CRM familiarity

• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
• Basic understanding of web development services is a plus
• Excellent

  convincing and negotiation skills

  to close deals effectively

• Fluent in

  English and Hindi

  for client interactions

💰 Compensation --

• Base Salary:
