Experienced Odoo Implementation Specialist

Job Description: We're looking for an experienced Odoo Implementor to join our team. You'll need a strong understanding of Odoo ERP to help our clients improve their business by implementing customized solutions. You'll work directly with clients to understand their needs and make sure their Odoo implementations are successful. Responsibilities: o Conduct product demonstrations showcasing Odoo functionalities to potential and existing clients. o Lead and manage all phases of the implementation process, starting with requirements gathering and culminating in successful go live. o Lead product workshops, gather requirements, map business processes onto Odoo, and develop solution blueprints. o Customize Odoo modules based on the solution blueprint to achieve optimal business functionality. o Trin the users, Manage Data Migration and handle GO-LIVE and Post Go live. o Develop and maintain project documentation, including user manuals and training materials. o Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues, ensuring timely project delivery. o Work with development and support teams to make sure everything works smoothly together. Qualification: o Experience: 1-2 Years of relevant experience in Odoo implementation. o Experience with Odoo.sh and Odoo Enterprise edition. o Knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL. o Experience with data migration and system integration. o Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with our onsite consulting team and clients.
