Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced IT Recruiter located in Kolkata. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers. Daily tasks include IT recruitment, technical recruiting, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. The role involves utilizing various recruitment methods and tools to attract and retain top talent, conducting interviews, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. Qualifications Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills Experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting Hiring skills and knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positions simultaneously Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the technology industry is a plus Show more Show less
