Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates using job boards, social media, and networking. Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain recruitment records, track metrics, and generate reports for management. Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices. Key Requirements: Education: Graduation (Bachelor s degree) is a must. Experience: 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in non-IT and light industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. In-depth understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques. Experience Level: 4+ years. Must have good Handson experience in closing Allied positions like: MRI techs, CT techs, Radiology Techs, Ultrasound Techs, Surgical techs, Sterile Techs, Clinical Dietitians, Pharmacists, Registered Respiratory Therapist, Speech Language Pathologists etc. Must have good active database on the Allied roles.
