Role Overview: As a Talent & Organization Intelligence & Insights Exp Manager at Accenture's Capability Network, you will have the opportunity to lead the Talent and Organization analytics team. Your role will involve redefining organizational capability by leveraging GenAI, promoting innovation, and designing cutting-edge solutions focused on value. You will play a crucial part in implementing data-driven solutions to improve clients" talent management and organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the end-to-end delivery of analytical projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics solutions with business processes. - Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. - Design and implement advanced analytics solutions addressing key talent and organizational challenges. - Develop data-driven solutions and insights supporting areas like Org Culture, Change Management, HR Transformation, Talent Strategy, etc. - Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. - Shape and execute the GTM strategy for Talent and Org Analytics and GenAI offerings. - Lead sales origination and business development, responding to RFPs, developing value cases, and collaborating across teams. - Author thought leadership and marketing assets to support GTM outreach and elevate the practices brand. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in analytics and talent management. - Promote best practices and innovative approaches within the team. - Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and methodologies. - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 10-12 analytics professionals. - Set clear goals and performance metrics for team members. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Qualification Required: - 8-10 years in analytics, AI/ML, or talent intelligence, preferably from consulting or advanced internal analytics leadership roles. - Strong background in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and generative AI technologies. - Demonstrated success in client-facing delivery, business development, GTM strategy, and stakeholder communication. - Proven experience building and mentoring high-performing analytics and AI teams. - Excellent at translating analytics into strategic business outcomes and executive storytelling.
