Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage Brand Rate Duty Drawback operations, which form the major part of the role. The position will also involve handling customs-related activities and allied services as part of the overall export-import compliance process. The candidate will ensure regulatory adherence and timely delivery of services to clients. Qualifications Manage/Prepare Brand Rate Duty Drawback applications and follow-ups Coordinate with customs authorities and clients to ensure smooth clearance and compliance Support allied customs activities, including documentation, filings, and compliance monitoring Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submissions as per regulatory requirements Assist in resolving discrepancies and responding to queries from regulatory bodies Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders Qualifications and Skills: 1 to 3 years of experience in export-import activities, preferably with exposure to Duty Drawback schemes Good understanding of export-import documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, Finance, or related field Proficient in MS Excel Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Detail-oriented with good organisational skills Location: Pune (Full-time, On-site) Show more Show less
