Job Description

Role & responsibilities Coordinate with operation locations, plants & terminals on equipment maintenance on effective planning of preventive & autonomous maintenance to meet critical equipment performance output at rated capacity. Provide guidance and support to the maintenance staff. Perform root cause analysis of critical breakdowns and implement improvement plan. Order, forecast, and monitor material inventories to ensure that spare parts, components, and tools are always available. Communicate regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production & suggest productivity enhancement actions. Prepare MIS reports. Visiting Original equipment manufacturer (OEMs)/vendor/contractors fabrication shops, warehouses, workshops, manufacturing facilities for the purpose of assessing the mechanical integrity of the equipment/ product and verifying conformance to customer and code specifications. Shop inspections of equipment occur during all stages of fabrication to ensure compliance to Standard Specifications, customer requirements, engineering specifications and all applicable industry codes. Coordination with Filling Plants and Zonal Offices for Operations matters and project execution Special Operations initiatives like ODPS implementation, Digitization initiatives and several other based on requirements Qualification and Competencies Bachelor of Technology (Mechanical Engineering) from a reputed Institution with good academic scores 3-4 years of experience, combining in the Maintenance and Quality inspection in any manufacturing or cylinder bottling plants. Good analytical skills Effective Communication in written/verbal is required Profound knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Location : Position is based at our Hyderabad office and will involve travelling to various facilities of the organization across India
