Role Description The role requires an employee to work on Daily Chat / Booking /Exchange/ Attachment and Revenue as per the Target and demonstrates a clear understanding of policies and procedures of operation. This role required agent to have good GDS knowledge, travel geography & sabre, It complies with and applies policies and procedures appropriately Required Qualifications Should have chat experience/ good typing speed. Candidate should have adequate knowledge of International Travel domain and GDS familiar understanding of travel Booking with Internet research skills for travel related purpose if any. Trained on TMS /OBE/GDS for new booking process (preferred) Advanced GDS experience (SABRE and/or Amadeus). Preferred Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills Open to work 24/7 environment, willingness to extend the shifts as per process requirement if any.
