Executive/Senior Executive - IT

We are seeking Executive/Senior Executive IT professionals

Location: Muvattupuzha, Trivandrum, Tanur, Kollam

We are seeking Executive/Senior Executive - IT professionals to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have Minimum 1 - 5 years of experience from an accredited hospital and will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. The role involves troubleshooting user issues, managing IT assets, and assisting in implementing new technologies to improve business efficiency.

Immediate joiners are preferred

Qualifications:

• BCA/Bsc Computer Science/MCA from a recognized institution
• Minimum 1 - 5 years of experience preferably in NABH/JCI accredited hospital.
• Knowledge of hospital information systems
• Understanding of healthcare data privacy and accreditation requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of Hospital Information System (HIS) and other clinical/non-clinical software.
• Provide technical support to hospital staff for software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery measures are in place and tested periodically.
• Assist in IT infrastructure expansion, software upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
