Job Description

Role & responsibilities: To co-ordinate with patient attendees, Care manager, patient Service manager, doctors for bill preparation Increase organizational awareness through marketing initiatives. To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sales plan month on month. Responsible to actively cover & maintain good relationship with all the allotted Doctors within the given area. Must constantly engage with the core Doctors/Hospitals. Must be prompt & regular in updating Monthly work plan, & reports on daily basis to the reporting authority. To execute the various activities like Workshops, CMEs. Marketing activities etc. Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the reporting authority. Weekly progress report should be submitted in brief to management about the activities assigned. Must constantly engage with the core Doctors/Hospitals to initiate the MOU tie-ups. The ability to motivate and lead a team, Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Give individual counseling and guidance to all sales staff, as and when necessary. Keep abreast of continuous changes in the health care services and be updated with current trends in the market and health field. Maintain records relating to Sales accurately. Co- ordinate with other HODs, doctors and staff of organization. Submission of monthly, weekly detailed progress.
