Key purpose of the Job The Executive - Works HR is responsible for driving the engagement initiatives for staff associates cadre in the Plant. The role holder is responsible for coordinating with Ascent Solutionz to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries. Monitoring adherence to statutory regulations and compliance in the Plant is also critical to the role holder. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive employee engagement activities for staff associates in the Plant 2. Coordinate with Ascent Solutionz to ensure smooth and timely disbursement of salaries 3.
