Purpose of the Job: Shift wise Operation & Maintenance of Power Plant & Utility Equipment
Major Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Electrical load of entire plant.
• Monitoring and analyzing Bias area wise power consumption.
• Monitoring Grid Maximum demand.
• Execution of power plant & Utility equipment PM job.
• Monitor Gail steam flow, pressure & Temperature.
• Monitoring of RLNG Gas Consumption and utilize with in Gas Quota limit
• Monitoring of VCBs, ACBs & Protection relay abnormalities and correction
• Operation and maintenance of VCBs, ACBs & MCCBs
• Job execution adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Preparation of Shift reports, Daily reports and circulate it.
• Maintain records of maintenance, breakdown & Energy generation and consumption.
• Execution of Activities as per guidelines of ISO 50001:2018,45001:2018, 14001:2015

• AC / DC Motors & Drives, Air comp.
• VCB, GCB, ACB, MCCB, MCB, RCBO Breakers
• Electrical power & control Drawings.
• Power & Distribution Transformers.
• Automation - PLC, SCADA, etc.
• Software - M.S. Office, SAP
• Assembly points, Emergency responds process, Knowledge of Emergency exits, Usage OF PPEs, LOTOs, permit to work,Load Management system
• Communication Skills, Troubleshooting, Decision making, Technical skills of Power Plant equipment

Relevant Experience: 6-8 yrs
