The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into active customers, onboarding them onto our trading platform, and providing continuous support across various communication channels. Key Responsibilities: Convert leads into active and engaged customers. Onboard clients onto our trading platform and ensure they are well-acquainted with its features and usage. Provide proactive support through WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and other channels. Maintain a professional and long-term relationship with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Achieve monthly conversion and support targets consistently. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in B.Com, BBA, or related field. Strong Interest in sales and customer relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
