Role & responsibilities Be Responsible for scheduling flights based on customer needs and available flights. Communicate with customers and answer questions about tickets, pricing, or flight schedules. Process electronic ticketing requests for customers or agents over the phone. Handle airline tickets sales and reservation changes. Collect payment from customers for airline tickets, including cash, credit card transactions, checks, or money orders. Provide information on aircraft boarding, including making changes as needed due to flight delays and cancellations. To check in and make seat arrangements. Enter customer information into a computer system to issue tickets or update records. Explain airport rules and procedures to passengers prior to boarding flights. Process refunds for lost or damaged tickets or reservation errors. Preferred candidate profile Good Communication Skills. Ability to ask open-ended questions and uncover information.
