Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Store (Tooling) to manage tooling inventory and store operations for our precision machining component manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in tooling management, store documentation, and coordination with production and purchase departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper records and control of all tooling and consumables used in machining operations.
• Ensure accurate receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of tools and materials.
• Monitor tooling stock levels and raise indents/requisitions to avoid production delays.
• Maintain tool life records and coordinate with production for timely regrinding or replacement.
• Update inventory in ERP system on a real-time basis.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and ensure reconciliation with system data.
• Coordinate with the purchase team for tooling procurement and vendor follow-up.
• Implement 5S and safety practices in the store area.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for audits (internal/external).
• Support continuous improvement in tooling management and cost control initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Experience in store management within a manufacturing setup.
• Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Tally / similar).
• Strong record-keeping and analytical skills.
• Good coordination and communication abilities.
• Familiar with 5S, FIFO, and inventory management techniques.
