Role & responsibilities Job Responsibilities of a Sales Executive (OEM Auto Care and Bike Care) 1. Sales and Revenue Generation Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the Auto Care and Bike Care segments. Identify and engage potential clients, such as dealerships, service centers, distributors, and retailers specializing in automotive and motorcycle care products. Expand the customer base and drive revenue growth through strategic account acquisition and management. 2. Product Knowledge and Presentation Gain in-depth understanding of the companys Auto Care and Bike Care product lines, including cleaning solutions, lubricants, maintenance products, and accessories. Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and applications to ensure proper understanding and adoption. Conduct product demonstrations and workshops for clients and end-users, highlighting the effectiveness and value of the offerings. 3. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including dealerships, workshops, and distributors. Address customer queries, provide solutions for their specific needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor for clients in the automotive and motorcycle care sectors. 4. Market Development and Strategy Identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the Auto Care and Bike Care industry. Conduct competitor analysis to position the companys products effectively in the market. Collaborate with marketing teams to launch promotional campaigns and initiatives targeting automotive and motorcycle care clients. 5. Technical Support and After-Sales Service Provide technical support to customers on applying Auto Care and Bike Care products. Offer after-sales assistance, including resolving complaints, warranty claims, and ensuring repeat purchases. Partner with service teams to deliver training programs for clients’ staff on product usage and best practices. 6. Coordination with Internal Teams Work closely with R&D and production teams to develop or customize products based on customer feedback. Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and availability. Share insights from the field to improve product offerings and address market demands. 8. Reporting and Documentation Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and updates specific to Auto Care and Bike Care products. Track sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, product inquiries, and follow-up activities. Preferred Candidate Profile Key Skills for Success: Strong knowledge of Auto Care and Bike Care products, including technical specifications and applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Customer-centric approach with the ability to build long-term relationships. Analytical mindset to identify market opportunities and devise strategies. Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools. Perks and benefits Salary between 3 Lacs P.A to 5 Lacs P.A.
