Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive software renewals and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) for our client base across the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B software sales, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing accounts by ensuring timely renewal of software licenses and AMCs.
  • Develop and maintain new clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the client base to maximize revenue.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, technical, and finance) to deliver seamless renewal experiences to clients.
  • Track renewal cycles andmaintain accurate records of all client interactions.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets for renewals and AMCs.
  • Understand the regional market dynamics of the Middle East and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contract documents as per client requirements.
  • Attend virtual and in-person meetings with clients, as necessary, to drive renewals and maintain relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in software sales, renewals, or AMC business, preferably in the Middle East market.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of software licensing models, subscription renewals, and service contracts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English .
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with software vendors or system integrators in the Middle East.
  • Knowledge of ERP, IT infrastructure, software solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
