Job Description

Purpose: Coordinate with departments and gather the data Generate Periodically reports for decision making Daily Procurement Report Consolidation of Procurement data from MPPs, BMCUS, GPRS Cattle Feed, Inputs, Ghee etc. inventory management Milk material balance & pending recoveries follow up Timely submission of reports (Procurement Performance, Field Incentive, MRM data, GPRS and other time to time reports. BMCUs operational cost monitoring TS Gain monitoring SOP implementation at MPP, BMCUs Monitoring and arresting of tanker & BMC losses Inward cost monitoring and preparation of fort night report on primary transport Preparation of Daily, FN and Monthly reports on time Key Responsibilities: Strengthening of procurement processes Preparation of annual budgets and analyzing monthly performance against budget. Establishing necessary controls and random audits to inspect and minimize any malpractices across operational area. Collecting the price of the competitors and consolidate the price bench marking for effective in procurement cost Collecting data of sub Project Plans and collating and presenting data to all stake holders / PMC and PMU NDDB Preparation of procurement comparison report on regularly. MIS on daily basis. Material balance losses Monitoring and information to Procurement Head and CEO on regular basis. Daily monitoring milk stock report. On monthly basis preparation of Field staff incentives and achievements of milk. Preparation of Procurement budget vs. actuals on monthly basis. Job Specifications: Education: Graduate / Post graduate-with computer knowledge Experience: Management Information system handling data related issues, Reconciliation in a large local Dairy/ food Industry Desired Skills: Computer skills Data collection and Analytical skills Communication skills Ability to work with Teams Perks and benefits: GTA, GTLI, Medical Insurance, FTA for field trips, 30 ELs, 10 CLs & 10 SLs apart from National declared Holidays
