Role: HR Operations

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive / Senior Executive - HR Operations to manage the end-to-end HR administrative and operational processes. The role involves handling documentation, issuing offer and employment letters, verifying employee data, maintaining HR records, generating reports, and supporting HR analytics.

You will serve as a key link between the HR, Finance, IT, and Payroll teams to ensure smooth execution of HR operations, compliance, and employee life-cycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll & Compliance Coordination: Liaise with Payroll, Finance, and IT teams for attendance validation, data accuracy, and statutory compliance of PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.
  • Employee Documentation & Onboarding: Prepare and issue offer, appointment, and confirmation letters; verify employee documents; and ensure smooth onboarding and induction coordination.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including transfers, confirmations, separations, and maintain timely updates in HRMS.
  • HR Data & Systems Management: Maintain accurate employee data and records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.
  • HR Analytics & Dashboard Reporting: Generate and manage HR dashboards and reports on key metrics such as headcount, attrition, recruitment, and attendance trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and Operations teams to align processes, improve communication, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Support continuous process improvement, automation initiatives, and data-driven decision-making within HR operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong compliance knowledge is mandatory, like PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or HR Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and HRMS platforms.
  • Mandatory proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets. Good to have data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI), if any.
  • Excellent organisational, coordination, and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and confidentiality management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
