Role & responsibilities Business Development & Sales Expansion Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, distributors, and industry trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion. Handle end-to-end export sales, including pricing, negotiations, and order management. Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and customs requirements. Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly. Develop long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions. Regularly communicate with international clients to maintain engagement and satisfaction. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
