Executive / Senior Executive Centralized Purchase Order (PO) Management Jobs In Chennai Executive / Senior Executive Centralized Purchase Order (PO) Management

Job ID: PHIN/2025-26/03

Key Performance Area:

Maintain the ROL (Re-order Level) master file for all plants and update it monthly based on the rolling forecast.
Run MRP for each plant on a daily basis and review the Purchase Requests (PRs).
Convert fast-moving PRs directly into Purchase Orders (POs) or scheduling lines.
Obtain PO approvals and share them with suppliers via email or the supplier portal.
Coordinate closely with the plant purchase team to review the requirements for slow-moving and rarely used PRs.
Convert slow-moving or rare PRs into POs based on plant confirmation, obtain necessary approvals, and communicate with respective suppliers.
Coordinate with the plant for timely processing of rush orders, order cancellations, engineering changes, and NPD orders, ensuring prompt PO issuance and necessary actions.
Maintain MRP parameters and documentation, including change history.
Roll out monthly forecasts to all suppliers based on the past six months of rolling consumption.

Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar or equivalent profile
