UNIFLEX operates five manufacturing plants in Bangalore, Hosur, Dobaspet, Pantnagar and Hoshiarpur, manufacturing high‑grade hose assemblies, tube assemblies, fuel injection pipes, hose fittings, adapters, automotive components and fabricated assemblies for both Indian and global markets. Qualification:

Graduate (any discipline)Key Duties and Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and redirect or transfer them as appropriate.
Prepare, format and send professional correspondence via email.
Maintain and update contact information for employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the Managing Director and other stakeholders.
Organize and manage both physical and electronic filing systems.
Support the preparation and completion of regular reports and documentation.
Arrange travel itineraries, including booking tickets and accommodations.
Record expenses and submit them to the concerned department for processing.
Assist with personal administrative tasks for the Managing Director when required.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Candidate Profile

Graduate degree.
Proficient in computers, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to independently draft clear and professional letters and emails.
