As an Executive-Sales & Services at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your primary responsibilities include: - Achieving individual sales targets and implementing strategies to enhance store profit - Welcoming and engaging with customers to understand their requirements - Directing customers to various products and influencing their buying decisions - Engaging customers through suggestive selling and building their confidence - Conducting remote selling activities when requested to maximize customer reach - Performing priority selling for aged stock while maintaining customer satisfaction - Introducing HNI customers to all product categories through cross selling/cross promotion - Handling customer queries and complaints with the right solutions - Providing excellent customer service by educating customers on product details and benefits - Packing products in front of CCTV camera for online orders to maintain security - Handling customer returns and old gold by performing necessary quality checks - Gathering feedback from customers and sharing it with the Manager for business improvement - Ensuring accurate entry of customer details after purchase for an accurate database - Checking product details, weight, and invoice accuracy after sale Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Informing customers about special offers and enrolling them in various schemes - Coordinating customer order placement to ensure on-time delivery - Counting and tallying stock daily, transferring stock to the locker, and reporting sold stock for inventory maintenance - Executing visual merchandising guidelines for product display and presentation - Generating customer leads and increasing footfall through marketing efforts - Adhering to company grooming standards and SOPs, preparing sales reports for Senior Management - Acquiring knowledge in all store sections and continuously seeking self-development opportunities - Identifying training needs and completing mandatory training programs/certifications The job is in the Retail Sales functional area located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
