Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG, B2B sales, and a strong understanding of the HORECA sector. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and increasing market share within the assigned region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the FMCG, B2B, and HORECA channels.
  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close new accounts to meet sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Conduct regular market visits and sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management:
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers, ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress .
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to management.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales success and areas for improvement.
  • Product Knowledge and Market Insights:
  • Stay up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer needs and market feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of One (1) to Ten (10) years of experience in sales, with a strong background in FMCG and B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of sales success in the HORECA sector (hotels, restaurants, and cafes).
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Education:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Other:
  • Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and market visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role in the FMCG or food & beverage industry.
  • Knowledge of market dynamics and key players within the HORECA sector.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
