Job Description

Role & responsibilities As a Sales Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring efficient order processing and customer communication. Your responsibilities will include the following: 1. Order Management: Prepare and execute sales orders in collaboration with the factory team. Enter purchase orders into the Tally system. Finalize dispatch plans and coordinate logistics. Arrange for transportation and share dispatch details with customers. 2. Sample Coordination: Send requests for product samples to the Quality Assurance (QA) team. Distribute samples to customers and follow up to ensure they have received them. Solicit feedback from customers regarding samples. 3. Customer Support: Coordinate with the QA team to provide necessary documentation and questionnaires to customers. Send payment reminders and follow up on any outstanding payments with customers. 4. Data Management: Collect and manage import-export data and share relevant information with the General Manager of Business Development. Technical Skills: Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Email communication. Familiarity with Tally is preferred. Key Competencies: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
