Role: Executive - Program Operations and Growth
Location: Kolar District, Karnataka (preferred candidate close to project location - Kolar/Hoskote/Bangalore)
Primary and Must-have Skills (non-negotiable requirement)

• Proven experience in project management and operations within the social sector, preferably with ground-level exposure.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Kannada (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in planning, executing, and monitoring digital education projects.
• Data-driven monitoring and reporting skills using G-Suite and MS Office tools.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships including schools, clients, and local communities.
• Familiarity with local geography and education landscape in Kolar District and Bangalore.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct training sessions and capacity-building initiatives.
• Strong organisational, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent planning and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the Kolar District.

Requirement for this Role

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in social sector operational roles with ground-level project implementations.
• Nature: Full-time role based in Kolar District, Karnataka (preference for candidates from Bangalore).
• This opportunity is offered with an extended tenure, which may be further continued based on performance and project needs.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation and operational execution of digital classroom projects in Kolar District.
• Prepare action plans, maintain project databases, and ensure smooth communication with schools and clients.
• Drive digital usage in schools through monitoring, support calls, and adoption strategies.
• Conduct teacher training sessions and provide ongoing capacity-building support.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, usage reports, and impact assessments.
• Conduct regular field visits and monitor on-ground progress.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, schools, and stakeholders.
• Collect and manage feedback, testimonials, and social media content.
• Assist in online reputation management by gathering reviews on digital platforms.
• Present regular progress and impact reports to clients and internal teams.
