Executive - Production - Tablet & Capsule

You will be joining a quality-driven and compliance-focused production team responsible for manufacturing high-quality pharmaceutical products. Your role will directly contribute to ensuring uninterrupted production, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of safe, effective medicines to patients. You will operate in a GMP-regulated facility and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as QA, Engineering, and Planning. Key Responsibilities: - Execute daily production activities (granulation, compression, coating, or packaging) following approved batch manufacturing records (BMRs). - Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory guidelines during all production operations. - Supervise operators, ensuring adherence to SOPs and line clearance procedures. - Monitor equipment performance, coordinate preventive maintenance, and escalate issues as necessary. - Maintain accurate documentation and participate in internal audits, deviation investigations, and training. Qualifications Required: - B. Pharm / M. Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. or relevant discipline. - 5-8 years of hands-on experience in production (tablet, capsule, or injectable manufacturing). - Sound knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory expectations (WHO, USFDA, etc.). - Proficiency in handling production equipment and preparing documentation. - Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
