Role & responsibilities Prepare forecast plan for RM, Child part & packing material. Prepare day wise requirement for RM & child parts. Daily Production monitoring to maintain stock of RM & Child Parts Ensure team member safety, on time delivery & other dispatch activity. Production Planning and Inventory Control. Material requirement detail preparation against production order. Bill Of material, Specification, Process Preparation. Planning and execution of schedule on monthly, weekly, and daily. 5 S maintenance in shop floor ISO documentation updating periodically. Production order updating in ERP & Confirmation. Weekly production planning & execution related to formulation of Suspension parts & Manpower with breakup in day-to-day planning using ERP Systems. Mange the labor according to the situation and to motivate them to accomplish the required Production target. Preferred candidate profile from Automobile Industry Perks and benefits Yearly Bonus
