Location: Lote, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra
Function: Supply Chain – Manufacturing – Production
Experience: 2–3 Years (Preferably in Beverage Industry)

Job Objective

Manage production line operations during shifts while ensuring production targets, safety standards, and quality parameters (QSPECS) are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver production as per plan while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, yield, and usage targets.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Time-Based Maintenance for line equipment.
• Attend breakdowns, perform timely repairs, and implement RCA & CAPA.
• Allocate and manage manpower efficiently across workstations.
• Verify CLTI, logbooks, and shift-wise rejections.
• Conduct 1-hour daily machine checks focusing on 5S, CLTI, PM, abnormality tagging, safety, and operator training.
• Maintain equipment run hours in SAP, generate PM schedules, close abnormalities, and maintain spares inventory.
• Plan and execute punch list activities during maintenance windows.
• Maintain Contract Workforce Management entries and tracking sheets.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols—machine guarding, interlocks, LOTO procedures.
• Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines.
• Ensure finished goods are produced within prescribed quality standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Supervises: Operators & Casual Labor
• Reports To: Manager – Production
• Key Internal Stakeholders: Quality & Shipping Departments

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation) or Diploma in Engineering
• 2–3 years of relevant production experience (Beverage industry preferred)
