Job Purpose: Processing of PR requests & creating PO and GRN in coordination with User Departments for Regional Duty Free Business. Role & responsibilities : PR/ PO Processing: Review and validation of PR Requests for completeness of all required information Processing of PR Requests received from User Departments in Navision. Follow-up with all stakeholders for PR Support and Fulfillment. Preparation of Pre and Post Negotiation Comparative sheet as per the quotations received. Preparation of NFAs as per the agreed terms and conditions. Preparation of PO with all agreed necessary terms and conditions Communication of released PO to User Departments and follow up for the material delivery as per agreed timelines. Updating of MIS on daily basis GRN/ SES Processing: Processing of GRN in Navision as per the actual quantity supplied by vendors and certified by GHRL-HDF Representative. Follow-up with Operations Manager for PR Support and Fulfillment of GRN Release Communication of released GRN to User Departments and F&A Team MIS Aged open PR Report PR Processed report basis Sourcing action completion PR Fulfillment report Reporting on the invoice processing on daily basis on the inflow and outflow of Volume (Visual Dashboards) Preferred candidate profile: Any Graduate with 2 to 4 years of experience in Procurement function in retail/service industry.
