ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. Contacting potential clients through cold calls. Able to make 50+ outbound dials on daily basis Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services Listen to clients needs and act to them in real-time. Develop new clients through market research and referrals. Update the CRM with the new prospect information. Communicate our Service descriptions, which requires getting accurate information from the clients and interpreting it in a cold call. Manage incoming calls from new and existing clients as well as make outgoing cold to hot calls to develop new business. Set up meetings Report to the reporting person on sales results Stay up-to-date with new services and new pricing/payment plan REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in lead generation, cold-calling, and sales meetings. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft compelling emails that capture prospect interest. Detail-oriented, driven, and tenacious in pursuing sales goals. Caring and adept at developing and maintaining relationships. Results-oriented and skilled at multitasking. Experience using LinkedIn as a sales tool.
