Role Overview:

The Executive People Manager will own end-to-end people operations—including talent acquisition, performance, engagement, learning & development, and compliance. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to align HR strategy with business goals and ensure a high-performing, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and frameworks
• Lead recruitment and onboarding across business functions
• Design and manage performance and feedback cycles
• Foster employee engagement, well-being, and a strong work culture
• Drive L&D initiatives to upskill and grow our team
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and labor laws
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees

Who You Are:

• 5–10 years of HR/People Operations experience, preferably in consulting/startup environments
• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and people analytics
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A hands-on leader who is proactive, empathetic, and execution-focused
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
