Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ornamental Stores Sales position located in Bangalore. The role involves daily customer service interactions, assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the store is well-organized and clean. The individual will also be responsible for training new staff members and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Retail Sales and Training
• Strong Organization Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the horticulture industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in horticulture or a related field is advantageous
