Job Description

  • Coordinate communication with clients (internal and external) including sharing quotations, obtaining approvals, and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with auditors for scheduling, documentation, and status updates.
  • Maintain and update the database of audits and inspections.
  • Upload and manage auditors credentials and documents in the portal.
  • Assist in preparing and circulating bulletins, circulars, and updates under Ahead.
  • Support social media communication by coordinating updates, drafting posts, and assisting with online engagement related to audit activities.

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and professional email correspondence
  • Well-versed with MS Word, Excel, PDF tools, and AI-based applications
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, with the ability to create and manage professional posts and updates
  • Energetic, proactive, and a go-getter attitude.
