Job Profile As an Operational Risk Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Operational Risk Management Team in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating operational risks across the organization. You will work closely with experienced risk management professionals to analyze operational processes, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Key Responsibilities Assist in identifying and documenting operational risks within the organization's processes, systems, and procedures. Support the development and implementation of operational risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures. Analyze operational incidents and losses to identify root causes and trends, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with business units to assess the impact of new products, processes, or initiatives on operational risk exposure. Assist in the development and implementation of key risk indicators (KRIs) Support the preparation of operational risk reports and presentations for senior management and relevant committees. Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in operational risk management. Assist in the maintenance of operational risk management tools and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date risk information. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in operational risk management or a related field (e.g., auditing). Strong understanding of operational risk concepts such as Risk Control Unit (RCU), Risk Operations, Risk Analytics, etc. Proficiency in tools like Excel/VBA/SQL/Access; ability to analyze complex data sets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings effectively across various levels within an organization. Location : Andheri
