About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Executive to join our Insurance Onboarding team. The role involves managing enrolments, handling policy bookings, and ensuring smooth execution of insurance operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in the insurance and data operations space.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform addition and deletion of member data accurately within defined timelines. Collaborate with our clients to give them regular updates.
• Manage internal data operations to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Support end-to-end insurance onboarding processes including enrolment and placement policy booking.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data or policy discrepancies.
• Maintain and update records in line with organizational and compliance requirements.
• Should be able to work on Weekend roasters as per the planning

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field.
• Basic understanding of insurance operations or prior experience in an insurance/operations role will be an advantage.
