Job Description

Complete the reconciliation of the various Bank accounts in a timely manner on daily basis. Compare and Match various Bank statements with internal financial records and identify the discrepancies Deal effectively with queries from external and internal team and resolve queries in a timely, professional manner, escalating issues where necessary to ensure prompt resolution. All receipts are processed accurately with respective customers account in a timely manner and recorded in Oracle system to the appropriate ledger accounts Prepare detailed reconciliation reports between Companys various Bank Account and Bank Statements at identified intervals on daily basis Investigate and reply to receipt related queries raised by the Commercial team / Finance or other departments Daily providing Collection details to the Finance team for Cash Flow Projection Regular reporting for management to be able to assess any finding and corrective action against any potential issues. Preparation and circulation of overdues statement on weekly and preparation of summary for review based on receipt allocation Posting all TDS related entries and knocking of open receipts by referring to Payment advice on daily basis and claims processing. Support to Commercial team during month end work and daily operations Maintain confidentiality of financial information and Liaise with internal and external audit members to enable an efficient and thorough audit Actively support /interact in resolving IT system discrepancy and in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Processing bank charges, inter- company receipts/ Transfer and EEFC (Foreign Exchange Account) account receipts and report any discrepancies. Review customer statements for any discrepancies in receipts.
