Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Executive will oversee daily operations, contribute to strategy development, and ensure the effective execution of business plans. Responsibilities include coordinating across teams, analyzing business performance, leading initiatives for process improvements, and fostering a high-performance culture within the organization. The Executive will also liaise with key stakeholders and ensure alignment with the company’s vision and goals.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing projects
• Strategic thinking and the ability to analyze business metrics effectively
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in leveraging technology and tools for process improvement
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Experience in executive-level roles or operations management is a plus
• Ability to thrive in an on-site role and collaborate effectively with Ahmedabad-based teams
