Job Description

Department: Procurement and Stores / Supply Chain

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Procurement and Stores Executive
You will help manage the purchase and storage of medical supplies, equipment, and other items needed for smooth hospital operations

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in purchasing medical and non-medical items as per hospital needs
Collect quotations and compare prices from suppliers
Create and follow up on purchase orders Receive goods, check quality/quantity, and update records
Organize and store materials safely and systematically
Maintain stock records and report shortages or overstock
Support in monthly stock checks and audits
Coordinate with other Departments to understand their material needs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in commerce, business, or supply chain) 25 years of relevant experience (internship or hospital exposure is a plus)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication and organizational Skills
Willingness to learn and grow in the healthcare environment
