Executive - New Installation Sales

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Identify key market segments and potential customers for elevator products and services. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Understand customer needs and requirements, and propose suitable elevator solutions Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback Provide feedback to management on market conditions and opportunities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of elevator products, services, and industry trends Effectively communicate technical information to customers Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. engineering, installation, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Keep accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals Adhere to company policies and procedures, including pricing guidelines and ethical standards. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry regulations. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in sales, preferably in the elevator industry or related field. Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven with a strong customer focus. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
