Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the elevators and escalators market. Generate leads through networking, industry events, and digital channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase product offerings and solutions. Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust the sales approach as necessary. Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts in response to client inquiries. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals meet client specifications. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to management. Work with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential sales opportunities. Stay informed about technological advancements and industry best practices. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Follow up with client's post-sale to build long-term relationships. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the elevators and escalators industry. Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts and close deals. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
