Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and client relationship building. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations. Conduct market research and identify potential clients and industry trends. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate and close deals effectively. Client Management: Understand client marketing objectives and challenges. Develop and execute customized media plans that align with client goals and budgets. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports to clients. Proactively identify client needs and provide consultative solutions. Ensure client satisfaction and retention. Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue across all media platforms. Identify and explore new revenue streams and opportunities. Teamwork and Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g.scheduling,creative,operations) to ensure successful campaign execution. Share best practices and industry knowledge with the sales team. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.(MBA is a must) Experience- 4+ years of experience in media sales, advertising, or a related field.
