Drive vehicle loan sales through direct sales, channel partners, and dealer networks.
Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, DSA partners, and external stakeholders.
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales executives.
Allocate monthly targets and monitor daily performance.
Conduct regular team meetings, field visits, and training sessions.
Support team members in lead generation and closure.
Ensure smooth onboarding of customers with proper documentation and eligibility checks.
Resolve customer queries and provide end-to-end assistance throughout the loan process.
