Job Description

KRA: Self-driven & result oriented • Planning, analytical & good communication skills • Responsible for handling breakdowns, preventive, predictive, corrective & other maintenance activities of plant & utilities equipments. • Familiarity with problem solving techniques to reduce down time. • Having experience in Erection and Commissioning of Machineries and Utilities Job Profile: Responsible for handling all breakdowns, preventive, predictive, corrective & other maintenance activities of plant & utilities equipments. • Having experience in Erection and Commissioning of Machineries and Utilities. • Responsible for handling all machines like plastic extruder, vacuum forming, CNC, plastic grinding machines, injection moulding, power press etc. • Assisting and guiding the maintenance team in carrying out the maintenance & repair work. • Lead improvement projects for reduction of recurring breakdowns and downtime. • Proficient in 55, KAIZENS, SGA, CFT, POKA YOKE, Lean Manufacturing etc. • To identify problems root cause analysis through 5 why analysis & fish bone diagram. • Wide knowledge in PLC and various types of Drives troubleshooting & programming is mandatory. • Responsible for maintenance of switch yard, DG Set, transformer, LT panel and Material Handling equipments and other utilities. • Spare parts procurement of material & maintain minimum stock of spares. • Monitoring and controlling of yearly phased budget for Repair & Maintenance and utilities. • Manage the entire maintenance department schedules & ensure proper execution and documentation. • Responsible for upgrading the knowledge of associate skills. • Ensuring that the health & safety guidelines are followed properly. • Ensure the standard data capturing method. • Supervising & motivating and trained the team members. • Proper housekeeping of general premises by the team. Desired Profile: BE Mechanical exp into Maintenance/Utility function of auto/auto anciliary/Consumre electronic mfg industry. Exposure of working in a similar role in Luggage/Automotive/FMCG Industries is preferable
