Role & responsibilities Handling Breakdown of CNC machine, utility, Assembly and testing in shift. Preventive Maintenance adherence MTTR- Implementation of Kaizen to reduce MTTR MTBF- Implementation of Kaizen to increase MTBF TPM activities Active participation in JH and PM pillar steps implementation Preferred candidate profile 1. Education & Professional Qualification Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ yrs of experience. 2. Knowledge/ Experience Preventive maintenance execution. Breakdown Maintenance of CNC machines. Basic knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens PLC. Critical spare identifying and record maintaining. Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis methodologies. Hydraulic and Pneumatic system knowledge .
