Overview of the Role: Import Logistics and Customs clearance Export Logistics and Shipment Documentation Well versed with Duty Exemption schemes and Licensing Familiar with documentation of EOU formalities Working knowledge of Imports taxation/GST Responsibilities: To check the import documents and forward it to clearing agent with proper clearance instructions To check and give the approval of import checklists To maintain the proper and complete records/data of import shipments in excel Sending custom duty request to Finance for online payment. To inform end users about the status and delivery of shipments Processing service providers bills Making purchase orders in SAP Follow-up with bills processing team and resolve any query related to bills Compilation of Monthly/Quarterly and Annual reports Making application for BRO & to obtain GR waiver from bank Co-ordination with the CHA/Shipping Company/Airlines Monitor the correct utilization of SEIS Licenses Maintaining documents and records as per GTC policy Compliance Responsibilities: Follow all applicable EHS policies Follow all applicable Quality policy requirements Follow all applicable company MIS policies Job Location- Mulund
