We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Legal Executive for our Legal Search & Documentation Team.
This role involves in-office drafting of Legal Search Reports (LSR) based on title documents, revenue records, NOC certificates and encumbrance checks.
• Review chain of title, sale deeds & mutation records
• Check encumbrance, mortgage & litigation status
• Prepare Legal Search Reports (Bank/NBFC formats)
• Maintain documentation and compliance checklists
• Coordinate with internal legal & operations teams
• Graduated
• Good document reading & interpretation skills
• Basic understanding of property law preferred
• Ability to work with structured formats and deadlines
• Computer proficiency (Word, PDF, Portals)
• In-office learning environment
• Structured exposure in Property Law & Banking Compliance
