Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, storage, and security systems. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across warehouse locations. Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment (printers, scanners, barcode devices, and handheld terminals). Monitor and maintain warehouse management system (WMS) and ensure smooth integration with ERP software. Implement and manage cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and data protection policies. Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware and software procurement, maintenance, and AMC renewals. Perform routine system backups, disaster recovery testing, and IT asset management. Ensure network uptime, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize IT performance for warehouse operations. Support automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
