Job Description

Job Title: IQC Executive

Job Overview

Responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of incoming raw and packaging materials in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect and verify all incoming raw and packaging materials as per quality specifications.
Maintain inspection records, test results, and non-conformance reports.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
Support procurement and production teams for timely availability of quality materials.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

Timely availability of approved materials.
Zero complaints regarding raw or packaging materials.

Qualifications

Education:
Graduate/PG (Preferred: Microbiology or Biotechnology)
Experience:
3–6 years in Quality Control / QA in manufacturing setup

Required Skills

Knowledge of ISO 9001 / quality management systems
Experience in microbiological testing methods
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office & SAP/ERP systems
