Complete induction process and onboarding formalities for all new employees. Identify training needs, create annual training calendars and ensure timely execution and updates to training calendar. Implement learning and development initiatives to support employee growth Administer employee reward and recognition programs and organize engagement events. Maintain HR documentation and data management. What makes you great MBA/PGDM/MHRM or equivalent degree in HR or related field. 2 - 5 years of experience in HR roles. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
